Jennifer Padgett brings more than 16 years of experience in the consulting field delivering engineering solutions for solid waste facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. In her role at MCC LFG Service Partners, she focuses primarily on landfill gas collection and control system design, including system expansions, upgrades, and modifications.

Her expertise includes planning and permitting, design, and construction of landfill systems, including cell development, closure, and systems installation for landfill gas collection, leachate management, and stormwater management. Jenny’s experience also includes operations support, erosion and sediment control design, construction oversight, project management, and regulatory compliance for municipal and private-sector projects.
